The Japan Food Channel's main focus is on the preparation of various Sushi Rolls. There are seemingly endless Sushi recipes for you to try at home. You can choose from any number of categories including Egg, Salmon, Seafood, Shrimp, and Tuna. There are several other traditional dishes and recipes available, but they are very limited, including Beef, Deep Fried, Boiled, and Rice.
The videos provide the basic information you need to create the Sushi Rolls, there are no real measurements or cooking times provided. In the "Rice" category there is a demonstration video on preparing stove top sushi rice and another video explaining how you make the rice base for the roll, which are 2 steps they overlook in every video.
