Quick Look: ABC KIDS TV on Roku was not functional at the time of our review. After a splash screen, the channel displays a video title that says "WELCOME TO ABC KIDS TV :PRESS OK." Pressing the OK button starts the "retrieving" bar, which stalls at about 10%. This was still occurring two weeks after the channel was listed in the Roku channel store, so we're declaring it dead.
