The Campaign Channel is a live stream. You can press the *, fast-forward, or rewind button on you Roku remote to jump between video clips; there are usually only 2 or 3 videos available at any given time, so these button will simply cycle between them. There is no information about the clips you are watching, other than what may be shown on the screen as part of the original broadcast.
And for even more enjoyment of the political scene, the channel is ad-sponsored, mostly with campaign ads.
