Quick Look: FitLife is a subscription-based channel providing exercise routines based on your gender and goals. When you first load the channel you are asked if you are Man or Woman, Age Group (Youth, Adult or Senior) and Fitness Goal: Feel Good, Lose Weight or Get Strength. Based on this criteria, a fitness routine is generated for you.
The generated routines consist of 10 different workouts, each containing 10 individual exercises. The videos demonstrate the proper technique as well as number of sets and repetitions. There is no sound with any of the videos, but a descriptive narrative would be helpful especially for first-timers.
The channel tracks your progress, formatting your workout schedule and presumably increasing the level of intensity as you progress. The routines all look very similar and you can change your fitness parameters and gender at any time by pressing the * button on your remote (be aware, though, that all previous information will be lost if you do this).
Although the channel lets you provide the parameters listed above, once you do so you will be prompted to either try a 7-day free trial subscribe to a monthly or lifetime plan (see fees below).
