Quick Look: Newsweek is a Roku channel from the publishers of the weekly news magazine of the same name. The channel brings you the latest stories from around the world. The content appears to be limited to the 20 latest stories, as there are only 20 videos available at any time. However, the content seems to be constantly updated - at the time of our review, the first video on the Roku channel was posted only six hours earlier, while the oldest was posted a day ago. Unfortunately, in a poor design decision, the channel was created with black text on a dark grey background, making it very difficult to read the video titles and descriptions.

Topics address everything from politics to weather to celebrity news. The content is not delivered in a news program format as expected, but rather in a format more inline with a YouTube video, as there is little if any dialog and only subtitles. A channel trailer is available below:
