Quick Look: There is nothing relaxing about the River Relaxation Channel. We are promised "natural sounds of a rolling river," but the audio stream comes across as harsh static. It sounds as if the recording was made from water pouring into a sewer. There are several soundtracks titles available, with names like Journey on the River, River in Nature's Spa, and River on the Cliffs, but each one is two hours of the same sound interspersed with video ads.
And the channel works nothing like a screensaver (as described in the Channel Store description). The channel does not activate while your Roku is idle, and you'll see a single static photograph filling the screen throughout each two-hour track, exactly what a screensaver should NOT do.
