Superstation America is a single live stream of pre-Y2K TV shows that appear to have been recorded by VCR on VHS tapes. Episodes of Just the Ten of Us (1988-1990) and Dear John (1988-1992) were streamed during our review. Both were very low-definition in 4:3 aspect ratio. The USA Network logo appeared in the lower right corner of one episode, and the show ended with a voiceover announcing upcoming shows on USA, verifying that the show was recorded from live TV.
No programming schedule is available, but user DMJ77 stated in a SitcomsOnline thread about this channel that the following additional programs were streamed at various times over 1-1/2 weeks:
- Amen
- Out of This World
- California Dreams
- Clueless
- What's Happening Now!!
- Bette
- My Sister Sam
We agree with SitcomsOnline owner TJ that "this looks like an unofficial channel where someone is streaming episodes from their own collection."
