Quick Look: Vooks is an online streaming service for kids with videos that simulate animated storybooks. For example, in their video "Supertruck" one "page" is captioned "The fire truck puts out a blaze." Instead of a static drawing of a fire truck as you would find in a book, the video shows an animation of a fire truck racing down a street and putting water on the fire.
