Quick Look: BlackJack! is a very realistic video game that plays the same as casinos on the Vegas strip. Just like the casinos, you can wager on every hand, have pushes, utilize double downs, split your hand to increase your winnings, and even get insurance when the dealer is dealt an Ace in the first round of cards.
You initially start with 100 credits. The object of the game is to see how many credits you can win in 30 rounds of play. You can bet most any amount so long as you can "back" it, or bet the MAX which increases every 5 rounds, starting at 50 and ending at 1000. You are awarded "trophies" for certain hands, which include Blackjacks, "Hot Seats", Tied at the Top plus several more that can be viewed in the game. Scores are tracked so you can see how your skills are progressing.
You start out by placing your wager on the hand, 1,5,10, 20, 50, 100 or MAX, you can add amounts together to increase your bid; for example, you can bid 25 simply by hitting the 5 and 20 buttons respectively. Once you have made your bet you select the "Hit" button using your OK button on your remote. Cards are dealt and you can decide to hit or stand (other options are available depending on your hand), including double downs and splitting hands. Dealers will hit on totals up 17 just like in casinos. After 30 rounds you are done and must play another round. Each round is ad-sponsored but only sporadically.
