Book & Dog TV Screensaver displays a slideshow of photos images featuring dogs with books, as shown in the screenshot below, while your Roku is idle. The screensaver also displays the current date and time.
To set this screensaver to activate when your Roku is idle, install the screensaver then go to Settings from your Roku's home screen and select Theme >> Screensavers >> select the screensaver >> Set as screensaver. Although the screensaver shows as a regular channel on your Roku's home screen, manually activating displayed only a black screen during our test. The app does, however, show images when we previewed it in screensaver mode.
